Thank you for shopping with Daughters Social Club. We want you to love your order, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
Please read our policy carefully to ensure your return or exchange is processed smoothly.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached and the item must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (if possible).

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, or undergarments
  • Accessories or gift cards

All final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact our team at returns@daughterssocialclub.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return and reason for return

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your return. Please do not send items back without prior approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email returns@daughterssocialclub.com.
Exchanges are processed as returns — once we receive your item, we’ll issue a store credit or replacement if available.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll take care of it right away with a replacement or full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times can vary.
  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received it, contact us at returns@daughterssocialclub.com for assistance.
